Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting

• Creating the full financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Preparing management reports for the internal Board of Directors (BOD).

• Generating specific financial reports, including Deferred Revenue reports and Contributor Margin reports for the BOD.

• Performing data analysis on Revenue, Invoices, and Customer Base.

2. Asset Management

• Checking the condition of damaged devices, covering physical and software issues.

• Documenting the borrowing and exchange of devices.

• Checking the status of devices held by employees who are offboarding.

• Tracking the condition and location of assets held by employees.

• Reporting on the stock and value of hardware inventory across all warehouses.

• Liaise with Accounting team for book value assessment and People team for salary hold procedures.

3. Inventory Report

• Checking hardware stock movement data in the delivery vendor systems.

• Checking Purchase Order (PO) data from the Procurement team against warehouse movement data.

• Reconciling beginning-of-month and end-of-month stock reports for the delivery vendor .

• Creating monthly Inventory Reports detailing both quantity and value (IDR).

• Calculating Stock In and Stock Out and determining the Inventory Amount using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.

• Utilizing various systems and reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Controller or Finance Reporting or Accounting.

3. Proven experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based business models.

4. Strong understanding of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and subscription payment cycles.

5. Experience in system implementation or process automation within finance operations is highly desirable.

6. Proficiency with any kind of ERP or accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Xero, or similar) and Ms Excel.

7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
